Managing Director Partnership Sales - Pocono Raceway

Pocono Raceway (formerly Pocono International Raceway) also known as the Tricky Triangle, is a superspeedway located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania at Long Pond. It is the site of two annual NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races held just weeks apart in June and August, and one NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event in August. Since 2013, the track is also host to a Verizon IndyCar Series race.

President - Dubuque Fighting Saints

The ideal candidate for this position will have the responsibility for the day to day business operations of the Fighting Saints organization, reporting directly to the current Managing Partner of Northern Lights Hockey, LLC – Brad Kwong (or designee).  We are seeking a highly motivated individual that has the experience, drive and desire to build Dubuque into one of the premier operations in North America.  The successful candidate must be a results oriented professional with a successful track record of building winning sales and management teams and must be both successful and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and directing a young, motivated staff.  The President will be
responsible for all revenue generation functions within the organization including the sale of fully integrated corporate partnerships, all ticketing – individual, season and groups – and suite sales.  The successful candidate will also be responsible managing all game day operations, community relations, marketing, advertising, promotions and box office functions.

Director of Business Development - Richard Childress Racing

The Director, Business Development reports to the Vice President of Business Development for RCR. The general responsibilities shall include managing his/her personal sponsorship sales funnel, including identifying, prioritizing, pursuing and closing new partnership opportunities for RCR using a conceptual selling model. This includes generation of sponsorship across all RCR teams/properties (both dollar-based and in-kind and), potential partnerships for B2B relationships, and other RCR incremental revenue activities such as show car programs, license of RCR marks, etc. The Director, Business Development will work closely with the Partnership Marketing team, Communications team, the Licensing & Merchandise Services team, and various competition departments to ensure that RCR revenue is optimized and that RCR assets can/will be delivered to potential partners. Additionally, the Director, Business Development will be involved in strategic planning relative to requirements / needs between sponsorship, competition and operations areas.
