Social Media Manager - Richard Childress Racing

The Social Media Manager oversees ongoing management and growth of RCR’s social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction. Ensures the maximum reach and exposure of RCR and its partners via social media channels; supports RCR communications, branding and promotional activities via digital media. Manages and executes against digital and social media strategies and supports the individual teams and partners in those efforts. The position also works closely with RCR’s communications and content team, including the digital manager, and will support in gaining and managing media exposure for partners (both primary and associate), along with assisting in gaining exposure for RCR. Position reports to Director of Marketing and Content Strategy, with a dotted line report to the Vice President, Partnership Marketing & Communications.

Director of Business Development - Richard Childress Racing

The Director, Business Development reports to the Vice President of Business Development for RCR. The general responsibilities shall include managing his/her personal sponsorship sales funnel, including identifying, prioritizing, pursuing and closing new partnership opportunities for RCR using a conceptual selling model. This includes generation of sponsorship across all RCR teams/properties (both dollar-based and in-kind and), potential partnerships for B2B relationships, and other RCR incremental revenue activities such as show car programs, license of RCR marks, etc. The Director, Business Development will work closely with the Partnership Marketing team, Communications team, the Licensing & Merchandise Services team, and various competition departments to ensure that RCR revenue is optimized and that RCR assets can/will be delivered to potential partners. Additionally, the Director, Business Development will be involved in strategic planning relative to requirements / needs between sponsorship, competition and operations areas.

Multiplatform Producer - Bellator MMA

The Multiplatform Producer will oversee the Bellator site and mobile app, including content placement and metadata, event updates, fighter records and live streams. This person will also assist the digital team with social media strategy, content posting and the production of short-form content across the suite of Bellator’s platforms. In addition, the Multiplatform Producer will utilize available data and metrics to identify sales and monetization opportunities across both digital and mobile. He/she must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have an astute attention to detail.
